    I ordered 65 watts, 4mm Pin size charger. It has the ASUS branding and power rating, however, it does not have any ASUS packing, it was just wrapped in a normal plastic. It does not match with the original also. Can’t tell whether it is original or duplicate. It works well with the laptop and no complaints about charging.

    The charging pin doesn’t work properly, You have to keep in a position to charge, the pin is not that broken, only little movement and it works fine. I asked for replacement but they are not replying!!!.

    I am very happy with the lapGadget service. I gave wrong specification order instead 5 mm pin ordered 3 mm pin charger. Got 3 mm pin charger and it was not working. I communicated to LapGadget they told me to send the laptop pin photo and they told me the correct spec. I resend my 3 mm Pin charger and LapGadget re-ship 5mm pin battery charger without any extray cost to me. New 5 mm charger is working fine and their response update via whatsapp is excellent.
