Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we yet not start shipping outside India.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The estimated time of delivery is usually 4-6 days. It may differ from one area to another. But some areas are not covered by any of the above listed companies, in that case we may send the orders through India Speed Post and it may take 8-15 days time for delivery.

How do I place an Order?

Step 1: Find the product you want to order through browsing .
Step 2: Add to Cart.
Step 3: View or Change your Cart
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
Step 5: Fill your basic details like Name, Contact number, Complete address & Pincode
Step 6: Place order

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel your order contact us within 24 hours before it is packed and ready to shipped, we will refund the entire order amount if you place Prepaid Order, and in case your product has been shipped and yet not delivered to you , then you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You are welcome to place an order without having to create a Threadless user account. No sign-up or login is required to order.
If you do sign up to be a Threadless user (hey, it’s FREE!), you can create a profile, keep track of your order history, also you can get cashback offers.

How Do I Track My Order?

Step 1: Go to your Profile
Step 2 : Click on Order History
Step 3: Click on the order you want to track
Step 4 : Click on the actions
Step 5: Click on the View
Step 6: Click on Track, here you will see your order status
and also you will get the tracking details on your mail, you can directly track through those details

How Can I Return a Product?

If you need to return a product, you need to contact us at 0261-3510304 or you can E-mail us at help@lapgadgets.in , once we received your E-mail, we will review and will process your return as per our return policy.
